- Right-to-work pre-screening: We request initial proof of the candidate's right to work in the UK.
- Experience and role-fit screening: We assess the candidate's alignment with your vacancy requirements.
- References: We will collect initial references where applicable and requested.
- Qualification checks: We ask to see proof of mandatory care qualifications where applicable.

This includes obtaining final verified Right to Work documents, enhanced DBS/PVG/AccessNI checks, and verified clinical references before a candidate commences employment.
